This is a game changer. Until the release of this feature by facebook, the only way to schedule a post on Pages was through a third-party app but now Facebook has baked that feature into its system, you can post content for 6 months in advance.
After testing I think that like all other Facebook native tools, this scheduler will get normal Edge Rank unlike other methods of scheduling posts to Facebook such as Hootsuite & Buffer.
How to schedule your facebook posts?
By clicking on the little “clock” icon in the lower left corner of the status update box, you will open a “set time” feature. Once you schedule something into the future, the “Post” button becomes a “Schedule” button. You can schedule image shares and more.

I just visited a friends blog today and she had shared this with us Faissal.
I think this is really cool but I sure wish they’d implement it for our profiles too. What, we can’t schedule a few things in advance! I’ll always be around to respond so that’s not a problem.
But I do think this is a cool new feature. Yey!
Thanks for sharing.

Upon reading this I went right into Facebook and tried it. While it will allow me to backdate my post, it won’t allow me to choose August or any month after July. I did nothing else except click the clock icon like you said. Or is this feature only available for facebook fan pages?

Thanks for writing about this! I have checked out all the different scheduling sights, seemsic, hootsuite, TweetDeck. While they each have different positives and negatives I have not found one that runs smoothly. I think it is time to use something straight out of Facebook. I will look into this right away.

WOW, about time Facebook had this option as a default. I used to use Hootsuite which does a pretty good job of scheduling posts, but Facebook natively supporting scheduled posts is a great new improvement which is long over due.
Thanks for the heads up

Me too, Abdul Waheed. I also use hootsuite because it work well with social media scheduling. such as automatically syndicated RSS data

Wow, this is a very cool feature that I did not even know about till now. This will come in very handy for sure. Even though there were apps avalilable for this before, I was always skeptical of using any apps.

This is great! I was just about to recommend Hootsuite to some business associates for this very purpose. Nevermind–looks like this Facebook improvement takes care of it! Thanks very much for sharing.

Thanks for letting us know about this feature. It is helpful to know because we can often make mistakes when we post. I shall pass the news onto others.
Can someone explain to me how you “. . . separate between spammers and non spammers easily”

Definitely agree with what you stated. Your explanation was certainly the easiest to understand. I tell you, usually get irked when folks discuss issues that they plainly do not know about. You managed to hit the nail right on the head and explained out everything without complication. Maybe, people can take a signal. Will likely be back to get more
